A traveling exhibit about Dr. Harold Edgerton
The history of Flash Photography, the inspiration of a teacher and the imagination of an entrepreur are combined into this exhibit experience;
the incredible life and works of "Doc" Edgerton.
What visitors do:- Learn about history of flash photography and its uses.
- See incredible photos of ultra high speed events.
- Examine the world changing contributions of an entreprenuer.
- Watch an Oscar winning film short "Quicker'n a Wink".
- Control the strobe effects on a stream of water.
- Conduct experiments just like 'Doc' did.

- Single Burst and Multi Flash / History of Electronic Flash
- Spinning Disk Machine (Strobe Light shows effects on spinning disks)
- Piddler (Strobe Light shows water patterns)
- Milkdrop Machine (Stop time by seeing a crown of milk as is splashes)
- Computers with CD-Roms Featuring Edgerton photos, experiments and info
- Optional Edgerton Art Gallery Photographs (15 of Edgerton's most famous photos)
- Optional Education Staff Training and Demonstration Equipment (Strobe Light show)
- Optional Guest Speaker Attendance (EEC Staff or Edgerton Family Member)
