A confirmation letter will be sent to you once all arrangements have been made. If registering online, an auto response will be sent confirming that you information is being reviewed. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation letter via email. The confirmation will outline your explorit program and serve as a billing statement. It is expected that groups arrive with a check or cash ready for payment. If your school requires an additional invoice please tell us when making the reservation. The EEC will arrange programs for home school students K-12. Individual home school families who arrive together for a group visit will be considered as ONE group.
