Our Facilities

The Edgerton Explorit Center is home to many exciting features. The hands-on museum is divided into many different areas.

Our most famous area at the center is the "Explorit Zone!" Made up of nearly 35 exciting hands-on exhibits, you will find it hard to convince yourself to leave.

The "Theater" is where the talented staff of the Explorit Center holds the interactive science demonstrations as well as business meetings, special events and much more.

The "Classroom" is home to our great summer camp programs and some of our messy experiments! Our new "Distance Learning Lab" is part of an exciting new venture into the world of technology at the center.

"Strobe Alley" introduces you to Dr. Harold Edgerton, our namesake. A stroll down our alley will leave you amazed at all of the things that this one remarkable man was able to accomplish. Filled with artifacts, images, and stories of Doc's life, the Strobe Alley is a must see section.
